Christina Marie Adams

Hometown: Springfield, Illinois

Christina, daughter of Joseph and Mary Ann Adams, earned a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois in 2003.  She then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences at Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois in 2005. 

Christina is currently employed at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, Illinois, as a Clinical Dietitian.  She focuses primarily on Cardiac Education and Oncology.

In her free time, Christina enjoys creating beaded jewelry, gardening, and refinishing antique furniture.  She is also treasurer of the Capital District Dietetic Association.

Nicholas Eugene Rollins

Hometown: Athens, Illinois

Nicholas, son of Melanie Vasconcelles and Michael Rollins, specializes in the advancement of information technology.  He is currently employed at Crossroads Ford in Springfield, Illinois as a Manager of Information Systems.  

Nick is also the owner and operator of Sangamonpc, a company dedicated to the development and maintenance of both private and large-scale computer networks.  Web hosting, hardware maintenance, and the integration of technology are just a few of Sangamonpc's specialties.

In his free time, Nick relaxes by building and flying radio-controlled aircrafts.  He is Vice President of Knights of the Air in Riverton, Illinois.
